V2 Retail Rises The Most In 9 Months

Supermarket chain V2 Retail Ltd. was trading 11.5 percent higher at 1 p.m. on Monday, marking its biggest jump in nearly nearly nine months. Volumes stood at 25 times its 20-day average as the stock rose for the second straight day.

The company, which has a market capitalisation of Rs 675 crore, has returned 24 percent in the past month, 103 percent so far this year and 325 percent in the past 52 weeks.
