Indian indices set to extend Tuesday’s gains according to the SGX Nifty

The Singapore traded SGX Nifty, an early indicator of Nifty’s performance in India, gained 0.3 percent to 9,141.

Here are the stocks to watch out for in today’s session:

TCS

  • Acquisition subject to due dilligemce and requisite approvals from necessary authorities

Om Metals

  • Bags letter of intent from IndraSagar Project, from the Narmada Valley Development Authority
  • Order for supply and laying of pipelines on the right bank of the Upperveda Project
  • Project to be done on a turnkey basis and amounts to Rs 13.5 crore

Indiabulls Ventures

  • Board approves preferential offer and issue of upto 3.38 crore convertible warrants to promoter group entities Innus Properties Pvt. Ltd. Innus Developers Pvt. Ltd
  • Warrants are convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of Rs 2 each at an exercise price of Rs 43.75 per share
  • Total equity investment by the two investors would aggregate upto Rs 147.87 crore post conversion of warrants
  • Allotment of warrants to augment long-term resources of the company and for meeting funding requirements for its business purposes
