The Nifty Futures on the Singapore Exchange, an early indicator of Nifty’s performance in India, was little changed at 8,697.

• Apollo Tyres: To raise Rs 300 crore via NCDs.
• Mahindra & Mahindra: Has been allotted 60 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each of Classic Legends Pvt. Ltd., constituting 60 percent of its equity share capital. The company has also acquired 100 percent of the share capital of BSA Company Ltd.
• Lakshmi Machine Works: To consider buyback of shares.
• GMR Infra: Delhi International Airport Private Ltd. issues fixed rate dollar notes of 10-year tenure worth $522.6 million at 6.125 percent.
• Karnataka Bank: Opens its 737th branch at Tenali, Andhra Pradesh.
• Infosys: Clarifies on payments made to former Chief Financial Officer.

• Sun Pharma: Gets CCI approval for deal with RPG Life.
• JK Paper: Submits a tentative offer and draft term sheet to BILT Graphic Paper Products Ltd. regarding the proposed acquisition of two units in Maharashtra.
• Punj Lloyd: Executes definitive agreements with India Infrastructure Fund II to divest three operating solar projects aggregating to 45 MW in Punjab and Rajasthan, subject to customary approvals and other conditions precedent.
• Power Grid: Board gives investment approval of Rs 167.75 crore to augment transformation capacity in the Southern region. Total investment approvals worth Rs 1,184 crore.
• Bajaj Finance: Allots 1,330 secured redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures worth Rs 133 crore.
