The Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange, an early indicator of the Nifty performance in India, are little changed at 8,786.

Here are the stocks to watch out for in today’s session:

  • Hero Motocorp: Records highest-ever sales in a month by selling 6.74 lakh units, a jump of 11 percent in September
  • Wockhardt: U.S. Food and Drug Administration (USFDA ) excluded the product Ceftriazone Sodium from import alert.
  • Dhampur Sugar Mills: Approved acquisition of 4.28 lakh equity shares of DETS Ltd. which is 51 percent of the share capital at Rs 33 per share. DETS Ltd. now becomes the subsidiary of the company.
  • Manpasand Beverages: To raise Rs 500 crore by allotment 70.1 lakh equity shares at an issue price of Rs 705 per share to eligible qualified institutional buyers.
  • Ashoka Buildcon: Seeks shareholders’ approval to increase borrowing limit to Rs 12,000 crore.
  • Bhushan Steel: Shareholders approve issue of redeemable cumulative preference shares for an aggregate amount of Rs 1,155 crore.
  • Reliance Infra: Increased shareholding in SU Toll, TD Toll & TK Toll from 49 percent to 98 percent at Rs 115.29, Rs 100 and Rs 114.83 per share respectively.
  • Unitech: Delhi High Court passes order in favour of buyers on the first motion filed by various applicants who were home buyers from Unitech.
  • Usher Agro: Receives winding up petition filed against it by CFSIT Inc., U.S.A and PT Bank Maybank Indonesia TBK for dues amounting to Rs 82 crore along with interest.
  • VST Tillers Tractors: Sold 1,432 power tillers and 1,008 tractors in September 2016.
  • Filatex India: Started manufacturing 115 TPD fully drawn yarn and 200 TPD of drawn textured yarn in Dahej, Gujarat.
  • GTL Infrastructure: Will decide on conversion of FCCBs into equity shares worth $5.5 million today.
