The Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange, an early indicator of the Nifty performance in India is trading little changed at 8,891.

Here are the stocks to watch out for in today’s session:

  • BHEL: Achieved highest order inflow in five years, of around Rs 43,727 crore and total order book is Rs 1,10,730 crore.
  • Bharat Financial Inclusion: QIP offer opens today with a floor price of Rs 769.95 per share. Company looking to raise Rs 750 crore.
  • NHPC: Offers 6.28 crore equity shares to Government of India at a discounted price of Rs 20.66 per share.
  • Den Networks: To issue 1,58,26,039 shares to non-promoter group for Rs 90 per share.
  • Majesco: Teams up with Glemham Underwriting to create a new Cloud-based bureau for the U.K. general insurance market.
  • Speciality Restaurants: Opens new restaurant in Nagpur. Currently the company has 106 restaurant and 18 confectionaries.
  • Southern Petrochemicals Industries Corporation: To issue rupee denominated bonds to off-shore investors worth Rs 335 crores.
  • Punj Lloyd: BSE approves reclassification of promoter shareholders.

*Promoter shareholding post re-classification stands at 36.18% vs previous 36.72%.

  • Websol Energy System: RBI approves request to restructure outstanding FCCBs subject to certain conditions.
  • Shriram Transport Finance: Allots 1,300 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10 lakh each.
  • GTL: Gets shareholder vote to sell/dispose company’s shareholding in subsidiary companies.

  • GAIL (India): To issue NCDs worth Rs 2,500 crore.
  • IRB Infrastructure: To increase borrowing limit to Rs 6,000 crore.

IPO Watch:


  • HPL Electric & Power: IPO subscribed 6 percent on Day 1
  • L&T Technology Services: To list on bourses today at an issue price of Rs 860 per share. IPO was subscribed 2.53 times.
