Remembering India’s First Woman Chartered Accountant R Sivabhogam

On her 51st death anniversary, The Quint tells the lesser known story of India’s first female auditor.

To adopt and conquer a profession considered a male bastion in the times when women hardly had access to higher education is a task which requires both immense courage and talent. R Sivabhogam lacked neither when she stepped out in pursuit of her dream. The Quint brings to you the lesser known story of India’s first female auditor.
