Draghi Says `Ample Degree' of Stimulus Still Needed

Dec.14 -- European Central Bank Governor Mario Draghi says an "ample degree" of monetary stimulus is still needed while domestic price pressures remain "muted." He made the comments near the start of the ECB's regular six-weekly news conference in Frankfurt.
