ECB's Draghi Speaks on Asset Purchases: Statement

Oct.26 -- European Central Bank President Mario Draghi speaks at a news conference in Frankfurt after policy makers opted to reduce the ECB's monthly bond purchases next year in a step toward ending a program that has spent more than 2 trillion euros ($2.4 trillion) trying to revive euro-area inflation.
