The transition to the Goods and Services Tax hasn’t been easy for small and medium enterprises or traditional businesses. Take for instance, shops in Mumbai’s Crawford market, a hub for such smaller players. BloombergQuint caught up with a third generation entrepreneur who runs a 94-year-old business and the managing director of a small scale manufacturing unit Par Speciality Polymers to find out if the tax reform has achieved what it set out to do.
