(Bloomberg Opinion) -- Covid-19 has hit the U.S. movie business hard – not only halting production of new films, but also delaying the release of many of those in the can, including the latest James Bond flick “No Time to Die” and “Peter Rabbit 2.”
Charted below are Box Office Mojo’s figures from the beginning of 2020, which illustrate the precipitous collapse both of box-office receipts and movie releases after the last hurrah of Spring Break.
