Mumbai Reports 54 New Cases; Two Deaths In Last Two Weeks
Mumbai reported 54 new cases in the last 24 hours, according to an update from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Council.
The death rate due to Covid-19 dropped in the city, as Mumbai reported only two deaths in the last 15 days collectively.
The active cases in Mumbai now stand at 421.
Biological E Seeks Nod For Corbevax For Kids: ANI
Hyderabad-based pharmaceutical company Biological E has applied for emergency use approval for its Covid-19 vaccine Corbevax for the 5-12 year age group, ANI reported citing official sources.
The vaccine is expected to cost Rs 145 excluding taxes and will be administered in two doses within prescribed intervals, according to the report.
The vaccine maker applied for Phase 2 and Phase 3 clinical trials in September last year.
