India's daily Covid-19 infection rate fell below 30,000-mark for the first time in two weeks even as the threat of a third wave grips the nation.
More than 28,200 people tested positive for the coronavirus in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry's Aug. 10 update. Daily recoveries were significantly higher at 41,500 taking the country's active case load below 4 lakh.
