India's active Covid-19 case load declined as daily recoveries dwarfed fresh cases for the twelfth day in a row.
The country added 10,197 new cases of coronavirus infection in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry’s update as of 8 a.m. on Nov. 17. That compares with nearly 12,134 recoveries in the same period.
Active cases, now at 1.28 lakh, account for 0.37% of the country's total tally— the lowest since March 2020.
