Coronavirus India Latest Updates: Active Caseload Falls Below 3 Lakh For First Time In Six Months

India's active Covid-19 case load dropped below 3 lakh for the first time in over six months, as fresh cases declined for the fourth day in a row.

As many as 26,041 people tested positive for the coronavirus in the last 24 hours according to the Health Ministry’s update as of 8 a.m. on Sept. 27. That compares with the 29,621 recoveries recorded in the same period.

Active cases currently account for 0.89% of the total tally.
