Daily New Cases Drop Below 11,000
India's active Covid-19 cases nudged lower as recoveries outnumbered fresh infections.
The nation reported 10,302 confirmed fresh cases in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry's data as on 8 a.m. on Nov 20. 11,787 recoveries were reported, while 267 people succumbed to the virus during the period.
Over 50 lakh vaccine doses were administered on Nov. 19, with over two-thirds of those being second doses.
