(Bloomberg) -- Trian reports PPG Industries stake as of June 30 after confidential treatment for the holding expired on Sept. 28, the investor said in an amended 13F filing.
Trian held 2.59 million PPG shares as of June 30, valued at about $269 million, according to the filing
Shares rose 5.1 percent to $103.61 in post-market trading of 49,710 shares
