(Bloomberg) -- The secondary offering in Tesla Inc. has priced at $767 a share, a person familiar with the matter said.
The price represents a 4.6% discount to Thursday’s close. Tesla earlier announced plans to raise about $2 billion following an 83% run-up in the stock since Jan. 1.
