Paytm, Flipkart Preferred By Indian Professionals Over Amazon: LinkedIn Report

Indians want to work for homegrown brands over multinationals like Amazon.

Indian professionals prefer to work for homegrown technology and mobile Internet companies such as Directi, Flipkart and Paytm parent One97 Communications Ltd. over multinationals such as Amazon, according to a recent LinkedIn report.

Amazon, which held the second spot for two consecutive years, is now ranked fourth, a list compiled by the professional social network site showed.

The report ranks 25 companies in the country in order of preference, and is based on data collected by LinkedIn and actions by more than 546 million professionals on the platform.
