(Bloomberg) -- New York City is offering free vaccinations after the number of administered doses dropped 63% during the coronavirus outbreak from the same period a year earlier.
Inoculations are down 91% in kids older than 2 years, and down 42% in those 2 and younger, with people staying home and doctors’ offices closed, Mayor Bill de Blasio said Wednesday at a press conference.
Vaccinations are available at no charge at more than 1,000 facilities, he said.
