(Bloomberg) -- New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy will allow the restart of non-essential construction and the reopening of non-essential retail stores for curbside pickup only, effective May 18.
“Data shows that were are ready to begin to restart our economy,” Murphy said in a post on Twitter.
