Minority Investors Not Looking To Exit Post Demerger, Says IIFL Holdings

IIFL Holdings expects to maintain net interest margin at around 6-7%.

Promoters are not looking to exit any of the three businesses of IIFL Holdings Ltd. that are being demerged, said Chief Financial Officer Prabodh Agarwal. That’s also true for minority investors General Atlantic and CDC Group, he added.

The financial services company will demerge its finance, wealth and securities arms over the next one year to allow each business to grow individually. Agarwal expects the demerger to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
