Mindtree Ltd.’s Chief Financial Officer Pradip Kumar Menon has resigned, adding to the exodus of its top management since a hostile takeover by Larsen & Toubro Ltd.

Menon would be pursuing career opportunities outside the company, the company said in an exchange filing, adding he would be relieved from services on Nov. 15.

Menon’s resignation was preceded by the exit of Mindtree’s then Chief Executive Officer Rostow Ravanan, Chairman and Co-founder Krishnakumar Natarajan and Vice Chairman Parthasarathy NS, who resigned shortly after L&T acquired a controlling stake in the software firm in July.

The stock fell 0.6 percent to Rs 709.35 apiece compared to a 0.38 percent advance on the Nifty Index.
