Lupin CFO Ramesh Swaminathan Quits 

Swaminathan, a 12-year-old company veteran, will pursue responsibilities outside the pharma industry, according to a filing.

Ramesh Swaminathan, the chief financial officer of Lupin Ltd., will step down from his position in December, the company said.

Swaminathan, who worked at India’s second-largest drugmaker for nearly 12 years, will pursue other responsibilities outside the pharmaceutical industry, according to an exchange filing. He was the company’s executive director since 2015.

Stocks of the Mumbai-headquartered company closed today at Rs 858 apiece, 1.51 percent higher.
