Infosys Names Sanghrajka As Interim CFO

Infosys appoints Jayesh Sanghrajka as its interim CFO as incumbent Mavinakere Dwarakanath Ranganath’s term ends on Nov. 16.

Infosys Ltd. appointed Jayesh Sanghrajka as its interim chief financial officer as incumbent Mavinakere Dwarakanath Ranganath’s term ends tomorrow.

The board approved the appointment of Sanghrajka, currently the executive vice president and deputy CFO, with effect from Nov. 17, according to its press release. The board is also in the process of finding a new CFO, it said.

Ranganath’s term ends tomorrow after an 18-year career at India’s second largest software services provider. During his stint, he held several leadership roles in key areas like consulting, finance and strategy. He also worked closely with the board and its committees in formulating and executing strategic priorities for the company.

Sanghrajka has spent 13 years at the company over two stints holding various leadership roles in the financial function.
