Deepak Parekh, Nadir Godrej And Ireena Vittal Cease To Be Indian Hotels’ Directors

Their term of appointment was from Aug. 27, 2014 to Aug. 26, 2019.

Tata Group firm The Indian Hotels Company Ltd. on Tuesday said Deepak Parekh, Nadir Godrej and Ireena Vittal have ceased to be the directors of the company upon completion of their terms.

Their term of appointment was from Aug. 27, 2014 to Aug. 26, 2019, it said.

From the close of business hours on Aug. 26, Deepak Parekh, Nadir Godrej and Ireena Vittal have ceased to be the directors of the company upon completion of their term as independent directors, IHCL said in a filing to the BSE.

Shares of Indian Hotels Company on Tuesday closed at Rs 137.85 per scrip on the BSE, up 1.32 percent from previous close.
