Brigade Enterprises Plans To Add 4 Million Residential Square Feet In FY20

Brigade Enterprises is estimating a volume growth of 25-30 percent for FY20.

Brigade Enterprises Ltd. plans to add 4 million square feet to its residential real estate kitty in financial year 2019-20, higher than the 3 million square feet target for the current year, according to its Chairman and Managing Director MR Jaishankar.

The company is estimating a volume growth of 25-30 percent for the next fiscal which will be achieved primarily on the back of new launches, Jaishankar told BloombergQuint, adding that the company has launched about 5 million (sq. ft.) so far. “We are also launching an affordable housing project near the Bengaluru airport which will come up in the first quarter of FY20.”

Last week, the company posted a 68 percent year-on-year growth in its revenue for the December-ended quarter.
