Cement prices rose for the second straight month in February, driven by a jump in south and west India, in another early sign of a revival in the economy.All-India average cement prices for a 50-kg bag increased by Rs 9 month-on-month in February to Rs 349, according to 14 dealers surveyed by BloombergQuint.
