Bajaj Auto Sales Rise 11% In December As Exports Surge

Bajaj Auto Ltd. reported an 11% increase in total sales in December 2020 driven by a pickup in exports.


The firm sold 3.72 lakh vehicles last month compared to 3.36 lakh units in December 2019, according to an exchange filing. Domestic sales fell 9% to 1.39 lakh units.

Total motorcycle sales rose 19% to 3.38 lakh units, as exports jumped 27% to 2.32 lakh units.
