Heidi Klum Gets Naked Brand Into CVS, Sends Stock Soaring
(Bloomberg) -- Naked Brand shares soared as much as 69 percent after the company announced a partnership with CVS to feature the Heidi Klum Intimates solutions line in over 4,000 of the pharmacy’s locations across the U.S.
The surge erased a year-to-date decline in the stock.
The Heidi Klum line will feature more than 20 wardrobe and red-carpet-ready products from dressing tape to backless stick-on silicone bras. The products will be carried in the cosmetics department, which typically sees the highest foot traffic at CVS Health locations and represents the largest single retail footprint of any Naked Brand Group Limited licensed or wholly-owned brand, according to the press release.
