Milk prices will most likely remain stable even as soaring temperature is set to increase the demand for dairy products.

That’s because the country has observed good monsoon over the last two years and there has been ample availability of fodder for dairy animals, according to Vivek Nirmal, joint managing director at Prabhat Dairy Ltd.

The dairy producer's new 300 ml tetra packs for various milk products have been well-received by customers. "We will be adding more products in this category," Nirmal told BloombergQuint.

The Maharashtra-based company is currently operating at 75 percent capacity utilisation.
