India’s growing youth population has been crucial in the success of Hike Messenger as it adapts to evolving technologies more quickly, said chief executive officer Kavin Bharti Mittal.

“If you look at Hike today, we are very dominant in the 15-25 years’ age bracket,” Mittal said in a panel at the India Economic Summit of World Economic Forum moderated by filmmaker Karan Johar. Actress Alia Bhatt and Telangana politician KT Rama Rao too were part of the young leaders panel which discussed ways to script a narrative for young India.
