Algo Trader Subhadip Nandy Says Quantitative Analysis Gives An Edge To Trading

Traders usually consider historical data to formulate strategies to buy and sell securities. But that doesn’t necessarily guarantee returns in the future, according to Subhadip Nandy.

Quantitative analysis that uses mathematical and statistical modelling is a better option, the quantitative derivatives trader said on the sidelines of Algo Convention 2019.

He said that the analysis, which can give an edge to trading systems, has universal applications.
