Mayor Hidalgo, a passionate advocate for tackling climate change, addressed concerns over President Donald Trump withdrawing from the Paris Accord. She also commented on discord among her socialist party as we head into the French elections. She affirmed her support for her party's candidate Benoit Hamon and stressed the importance of combating Marine Le Pen and populism.
