TeamLease Services Ltd. delivered a strong operational performance in Q2 FY22, with revenue up 10.7% QoQ on broad based growth across all three verticals.
It also added 25,000 associates (record high) in Q2, benefitting from a strong demand environment as well as seasonality and flow through from a Covid-19 impacted Q1 FY22.
Ebitda margin inched up by 10 basis points QoQ to 2.2% on strong growth in the specialized staffing business and partial drawdown in general staffing, while human resource services broke even.
Despite the strong business performance, TeamLease reported an adjusted loss of Rs 493 million on account of loss provisions in its provident fund trust on Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. investment resolution.
