Shree Cement Ltd. in its FY21 annual report, touches the importance of how hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.

The company has always counted on the hard work to sharpen the talent and succeed. From a little more than 13 million tonnes per annum capacity in 10 years ago, Shree Cement now has an installed capacity of 43.4 mtpa, more than three times growth.

Continuously improving the operational practices on a daily basis has helped the company as one of the lowest cost manufacturer.
