Sandhar Technologies Q2 Review - Multiple Levers For Growth, Margin: Dolat Capital

Sandhar Technologies Ltd. reported decent numbers in Q2 amid several challenges.

Ebitda margin contracted 129 basis points YoY due to commodity inflation. Management expect a strong growth in cabin and fabrication, sheet metal and aluminum die casting business for near to medium term.

The company is setting up five plants which will help to generate incremental revenue of Rs 6.5-7 billion from FY23 onwards.

For the vision and locking systems, Sandhar Tech is increasing presence in the scooter segment, winning new business and increasing content per vehicle.

The company also expects strong revenue growth from Honda cars.
