Nirmal Bang Report

Q2 is generally a weak quarter in terms of execution owing to monsoon.

This time around, the execution will remain below normal levels given the excessive monsoon as well as lower labour availability in the initial months of the quarter.

Most construction companies reported better-than-expected revenue in Q1 FY21 and we believe that revenue decline will remain in low single digits in Q2 FY21 for most of them.
