Dalmia Bharat Ltd.'s Q2 FY21 results were a surprise and driven by cost reduction, which led to record high Ebitda of Rs 7 billion (with Ebitda/tonne of Rs 1,463).
Volume grew 7% YoY, despite the South India market declining approximately 15% YoY.
While three million tonnes per annum Odisha clinker unit has started commercial production from October 01, 2020, 5.3mtpa of grinding capacity is expected to be commissioned over the next six months.
