Mahindra CIE Automotive Ltd. hosted its annual Capital Market Day to share its vision for 2025 and strategies. Key takeaways:
the company’s plan 2025 has an ambitious target of ~48% growth (~20% higher than industry) in sales, Ebitda of €1 billion at 19% margins, and profit after tax of €500 million on a cumulative capex of €1 billion over the coming five years.
the target for net debt/Ebitda is less than two times (cumulative capex ~€1 billion). CIE expects the company to drive revenue growth and witness further margin expansion.
