L&T Technology Services Ltd. reported a healthy set of results in Q2 FY22.
Its revenue stood at Rs 1,608 crore, registering a growth of 5.9% QoQ, much ahead of our expectations. Operating profit exhibited robust growth of 14% QoQ to Rs 296 crore.
Operating margins, too, expanded by a healthy 110 bps QoQ to 18.4%, aided mainly by the company’s execution prowess, higher utilisation, and depreciation of the currency.
L&T Tech’s management is confident of achieving sustainable operating margins moving forward as it factors in the strong cost optimisation effort undertaken and the company's strong execution capabilities.
