Demand outlook for all the IT companies remains robust for Q3 FY22 and for FY22E. Amongst large caps, we forecast revenue growth in the range of 3%-4.4% QoQ in constant currency terms. However after negative cross currency impact, we expect dollar growth in the range of 3%-3.7% QoQ.
Among mid-caps, constant currency growth is expected between 3.5%-6.5% and after cross currency impact they are expected to grow in the range of 2.8%-6.3%.
We prefer Infosys Ltd. and Wipro Ltd. among large caps and Tech Mahindra Ltd. and Zensar Technologies Ltd. among mid caps.
We would watch for upgrades in revenue guidance, margin outlook, hiring and attrition, outsourcing trend in Europe and digital and offshoring.
