In the recent past, we have interacted with property brokers and experts from the real estate sector.

In the past few months, there has been a strong growth in residential sales volume in Mumbai and Pune in Maharashtra and some other cities like NCR, Bangaluru and Hyderabad.

Some experts have opined that the worst is behind us and we are gradually moving towards a recovery.

However, there are other experts who have highlighted that the recovery in the residential vertical is expected to be only in terms of increase in sales volume for a few months.
