The management has laid the roadmap for the medium-term – ‘Vision 2025’ to harness the vast financial services opportunity to drive growth led by changing demographics with increasing tech-savvy young customers and increasing financialisation of savings.
‘Vision 2025’ envisages the transformation of ICICI Securities from being a ‘one-stop-shop’ entity to a digitally integrated financial marketplace, and thereby achieve a market share of 10+% in new customer acquisition.
