Dolat Capital Report

We attended Godrej Consumer Products Ltd.'s business update webcast. The management has targeted double digit volume growth in next three to five years led by category development and penetration gains.

In line with Godrej Consumer's guidance of lower volume/high price led growth in H2, we have marginally increased FY22 revenue estimates. However, we have declined margin estimates due to unprecedented inflation pressure.

We have also lowered our margin estimates for FY23E/24E considering higher distribution and media spends.
