In Q2 FY22, Emmbi Industries Ltd.’s revenue grew 97.6% YoY/8.3% QoQ to Rs 1,128 million.
The robust growth in revenue was due to lower base and strong traction in the business-to-business segment.
Emmbi Industries' gross margin in Q2 FY22 stood at 36.6%, contracting by 345 basis points YoY, led by higher material cost; however, on a QoQ basis, margin improved by 520 bps.
Ebitda has seen a growth of 100.7% YoY/12.8% QoQ to Rs 125 million, Ebitda margin also expanded by 15 bps YoY.
On QoQ basis margin expanded by 168 bps to 11.1%.
Profit after tax has seen a strong growth of 308.3% YoY/9.7% QoQ to Rs 49 million, profit after tax margin expanded by 225 bps YoY/104 bps QoQ to 4.4%.
