The commentary on demand revival was positive and everyone is gearing up for a good festive season, with Onam seeing good response despite rising cases in Kerala.
The channel is still cautious on stocking with the looming threat of a third wave. This augurs well for primary sales going into the festive season.
Key end user sectors like real estate have started to improve, from a structural demand perspective.
Cost headwinds continue due to commodity and shipping costs, but further price hikes would depend on the festive demand.
