Aviation Sector Update - Average Daily Fliers Improves To 75,000: ICICI Securities

ICICI Securities Report

Weekly average daily fliers came in at 75,000 in the week ended June 5, 2021 versus 49,000 in the W.E. May 29, 2021.

For the W.E. June 5, 2021, average number of departures increased sharply to 907 vis-à-vis 773 in the prior week.

The number of fliers per departure also rose sharply to 83 from 64 in the respective weeks.

Average daily fliers grew 52% week-on-week due to 17% growth in departures and 30% increase in the number of fliers per departure.
