Atul Ltd., established in 1947, is a diversified chemicals manufacturer. The Lalbhai group entity is eyeing opportunities arising from the structural change in production and demand in the Indian chemical industry.

Atul is a broad based chemicals company operating in aromatics, crop protection, bulk chemicals, pharmaceuticals, polymers and colours.

Atul has set a target of achieving standalone sales of Rs 48.0 billion subject to completion of capex underway. The company also expects Rs 7.0 billion sales from its subsidiaries and joint ventures.
