(Bloomberg) -- President Trump says his administration will consider granting waivers so that athletes from service academies can play professional sports before fulfilling their armed services obligations.

“I think it’s a great idea. I think it’s really fair, too," Trump said at White House’s Rose Garden, where he presented the Commander-in-Chief’s Trophy to the U.S. Army football team.
