Senegal Leader Dissolves Cabinet 

(Bloomberg) -- Senegalese President Macky Sall dissolved his government, terminating the functions of all ministers including the head of finance and budget, according to a statement from his office.

Ministers and state secretaries will maintain their functions until a new government has been named, according to the statement emailed late Wednesday.
